What is "Engagement Rate"?

How can I calculate my Engagement Rate? This is a formula that looks at the number of likes, comments, shares, reactions, views on a post relative to your number of followers. You can also get an average engagement rate on an influencers’ entire platform by taking a larger number of posts and averaging the engagement rates on the individual posts. Engagement rate is a good way to compare influencers with different sized audiences to give an understanding of how engaged their followers are. These days a 2% engagement rateor higher is ideal.
